Role Summary:
The Executive Director, Medical Affairs Managed Markets Team Lead leads Dyne Therapeutics’ efforts in establishing and enhancing the value proposition of our products. This individual provides U.S. Medical Affairs strategic leadership with National, Regional and Government payers. This individual ensures the successful integration and communication of disease state, clinical, health economics, and outcomes research information and data strategies. This position manages scientific discussions and provides clinical insights to payors, enhancing the understanding of Dyne’s innovative therapies and their value proposition.
The role focuses on creating and communicating the scientific and clinical value of Dyne’s portfolio to payers, health authorities, and other external stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
This leader serves as a key partner across the organization, collaborating closely with clinical development, field medical, regulatory affairs, commercial, and other functions to maximize the medical value of Dyne’s therapies. This role also plays a critical role in managing the Managed Markets team and driving cross-functional alignment in the execution of payer-focused initiatives underpinned by scientifically accurate information. The Executive Director will build and lead a team of Payor MSLs focused on delivering high-quality medical information and fostering collaborations that support access and reimbursement.
