Role Summary:
The Executive Director, Business & Digital Platforms Lead at Dyne is a strategic leader and trusted advisor who will help architect Dyne’s business systems and associated processes across R&D, G&A, and Technical Operations with a strong focus on Commercial and Medical. This role is beyond systems – it’s about leading and shaping how Dyne connects with patients and providers, how we deliver therapies efficiently, and how we scale for future launches. This individual will work in lockstep with our Business Operations teams, Commercial and Medical, and cross-functional partners across all business areas. This individual will define and execute a roadmap that integrates cutting-edge platforms, data-driven insights, and compliant processes to support Dyne’s commercialization strategy in the US and globally.
This role is based in Waltham, MA.
