The Director of Platform Development will report to the Head of Platform Development and is responsible for leading the design, synthesis and analytical strategy of oligonucleotide conjugates from hit finding through drug candidate nomination. S/he will manage internal and external resources and supply chain to support key deliverables and timelines. Candidate will use creative and proactive problem-solving strategies to progress conjugation design and development in support of Dyne’s therapeutic pipeline. Ideal candidate is a proven, effective team leader, clearly articulating progress updates and fostering information flow across research, data science and CMC teams, supporting all stages of preclinical therapeutic development. S/he will work in a collaborative, constructive and mission-oriented focus for improving the lives of patients.
This role is based in Waltham, MA without the possibility of being a remote role. Applicants must be able to relocate to the area.
