The Associate Director of Bioinformatics is a newly created role within Dyne’s growing research organization that will provide essential bioinformatic support for Dyne’s drug discovery and development programs. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to shape the computational infrastructure at a young and agile biotech company. In this position, the candidate will conduct bioinformatics analyses of internal and external datasets to support the progression of our pipeline from target identification and will leverage systems biology approaches to understand mechanisms of action and off-targeting potential of oligo therapeutics. The successful candidate will work across functions to perform integrative analyses of transcriptomic, genetic, key pathways, and real-world datasets with the goal of improving understanding of disease biology and developing translational biomarkers. Support of due diligence efforts for external assets and collaboration with academic leaders will be expected.
